Sunday 26th September – Bookings Now Open

We want the Kingussie Bikeathon to be the family friendly, social, fun ride we all know and love. To give us the best shot of doing that, the event will now take place on Sunday 26th September.

This year we will head out on the Aviemore circuit (final route to be confirmed) riding through Kincraig, Rothiemurchus, Inshriach, Insh and past Ruthven Barracks back to Kingussie. Entry fees from the event will once again raise much needed funds for the Kingussie High School parent council charity. The ride will start at the school and end in the grounds of the Duke of Gordon Hotel. The usual refreshments and entertainment will be provided along the signed and marshalled route and in the Grounds of the Duke at the end.

Any sort of bike is welcome; road, mtb, trailer, penny farthing, E-bike……

Entry fees are £15 for adults and £5 for children, we encourage entrants to use the ride to raise funds for a charity or cause close to their heart and we have designed a fundraising pack to make this as easy as possible for you, email info@cyclefriendlykingussie.org and we can send you a link.
